* The remaining 50% is paid upon completion and before delivery or shipping.
* Production starts only after the deposit has been received.

* All products are handmade and customized based on your request.
* Please make sure all names, colors, sizes, and customization details are correct before         confirming your order.
* Once production has started, customization details cannot be changed.
